Mary Catherine Liscinski, LPC
As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Christian Life Coach, I love helping individuals and families thrive. My new venture is helping people who are struggling with being too attached to screens (Digital Addiction to video games, social media, etc.). I have been an LPC for 12 years, with a wide variety of experience with all ages and many disorders. I worked for school-based agencies and The BridgeWay Hospital before starting my own practice, LifeWalk Professional Counseling, in 2017. In 2024 I started LifeWalk Coaching to help people struggling with digital addiction. As a Life Coach, I can coach parents around the country to help their family take control of digital interactions.I felt called to be a counselor in my early teen years. Richmont Graduate University (a Christian university in Atlanta) is where I started my graduate education, then I transferred to Henderson State University and graduated in 2011. I volunteered at the Charitable Christian Medical Clinic (now Charitable Christian Ministries and Clinic) in Hot Springs and received the Governor’s Volunteer Excellence Award in 2012 and 2013. I taught Psychology 101 at Champion Christian College in 2018.I was born and raised outside of Atlanta, GA and moved here to Hot Springs in 2010 and now Arkansas is home. I love The Natural State! Starting in 2020 I offered counseling sessions outdoors at a local public park and have enjoyed that ever since. In my spare time I love to read and to do anything outside, and when I can read outside it’s the best of both worlds!
